Peter is a solicitor and FMC Accredited mediator. He advises and mediates a broad range of high net worth clients on financial claims on divorce and children matters, as well as nuptial agreements and cohabitation disputes. I describe myself as a peacemaker and a deal broker. I joined Moore Barlow LLP (formerly Barlow Robbins LLP) in 2006 bringing considerable knowledge and experience as a family lawyer, having specialised in this area for over 30 years. Emma Bugg is a highly experienced family mediator and lawyer. Mark is an experienced family solicitor, mediator and collaborative lawyer who is committed to finding practical, creative and cost effective solutions for clients. Mark qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and joined Freemans in January 2012, becoming a partner in May 2017. He specialises in assisting individuals on a wide range of family law issues. Priya Palanivel has vast experience in all aspects of family law but her specialist focus is in Divorce and Family finance matters, often with an International element. As an accredited specialist Member of Resolution, Priya is committed to adopting a constructive approach to family cases. As such, she recently qualified as a family mediator and is available to conduct sole mediations and co-mediations at all of our offices, as well as in London.

Having mediated for 30 years,Dominic has a range of skills, knowledge and experience which he uses to help his clients reach agreement. His work has earned Dominic a reputation as one of the most experienced and respected mediators in the country. Dominic mediates both financial and child related issues across the whole range of issues pertaining to separation and divorce. More specifically, the full range of financial arrangements required for a consent order, TOLATA proceedings, capitalizing spousal maintenance, maintenance variations and Schedule 1. Esther is a member of the Institute of Legal Executives qualifying in 2002. She is a member of the Family Mediator�s Association. She qualified as a Mediator in 2012. Esther deals with all forms of matrimonial disputes between married and unmarried couples in relation to finances and children and is child inclusive mediator qualified.

Charlotte is head of the Family team at Kingsley Napley, where she has been a partner since 2001. Charlotte specialises in all aspects of family law, particularly international issues, both in relation to finance and children. She has a reputation for cross border jurisdiction issues, particularly European and Relocation cases, and for acting for unmarried parents in Schedule 1 (financial provision) cases.

Sarah joined Godwins in 2021 as Head of the Family Law Department. She is an experienced family law solicitor, accredited family mediator and collaborative lawyer. Sarah specialises in dealing with financial and children issues which can arise upon separation, divorce or the dissolution of a civil partnership. Jo has been working in the field of dispute resolution since the late 1990s. With a background as a solicitor qualifying in the early 1990�s she has worked in all areas of dispute resolution. In 2001 she turned her focus to mediation and gained accredition as a commercial mediator with CEDR in 2001, following on from which she moved into her role as a Family Mediator in 2010. She was accredited by the Law Society and Family Mediation Council in 2014 and more recently successfully completed Resolution�s advanced Hybrid Mediators course allowing clients to involve their lawyers and other professionals more actively in the mediation process. Jo is also qualified to work with separating couples and their children (CIM), giving children a voice in the mediation process and informing parents� decisions around child arrangements. She has been qualified as a PPC since 2018 supporting and supervising fellow family mediators in their family mediation practices. She is a member of Resolution, FMA and the CMC
